Selected work: technical demo videos, onboarding walkthroughs and feature tours produced for software products. Each piece shows the brief, the approach taken, and the reasoning behind the structure so you can judge the thinking rather than just the polish. Each entry is picked to show a different constraint rather than a different client logo. Some products had a polished interface and a confusing value proposition. Some were the reverse: obviously valuable, visually rough, and best served by leaning into the roughness instead of hiding it. A few needed the demo to do a job that had nothing to do with sales, like cutting the number of support tickets that all asked the same question. The useful thing to look at across these is the structural choice, because that is what transfers to your own product. Where does the video start? How long before the viewer sees the actual interface? What gets cut so the thing that matters gets room to breathe? Those decisions determine whether a demo works far more than resolution, music or motion graphics ever will.
